Abstract:High speed mining of hard coal is an increasingly urgent demand in coal mining. The key parameters such as compressive strength, elastic modulus and chemical composition of hard coal rock were obtained by uniaxial compression test and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The uniaxial compressive strength was calculated by using the hard rock compressive strength formula of Lanzhou University, and the elastic modulus was fitted based on the axial stress-strain curve.Further, the factory-climb test method was used to calibrate the parameters of the coal and rock particle model,so as to improve the fit degree between the model and the reality.Through the simulation of discrete element software, the reliability of the optimized coal-rock particle model in the simulation of coal-rock cutting was verified. The results showed that the maximum abrupt change point of the simulated displacement-force curve was basically consistent with the actual test data, which provided a new numerical simulation method for the establishment of hard coal rock particle models.
