Application of Passive Online Ash Meter in Ximing Coal Preparation Plant

Abstract：In order to solve the accuracy problems of the passive online automatic ash analyzer in the practical application of Ximing Coal Preparation Plant.In-depth research on its working principle was conducted,usage effect,influencing factors,instrument calibration,common problems,and transformation measures.Firstly,by analyzing the working mechanism of existing automatic ash meters and the main factors affecting accuracy,the key links that affect measurement accuracy were identified.Secondly,targeted improvement measures were proposed based on experimental data and field applications,and the instruments were calibrated and adjusted.The research results showed that the accuracy of the modified automatic ash analyzer had been significantly improved,and the measurement error had been greatly reduced,which could provide more accurate and effective basis for coal washing.Finally,this study not only provides technical support for improving the performance of the automatic ash analyzer in Ximing Coal Preparation Plant,but also provides reference for optimizing and improving the accuracy of instruments in other similar coal preparation plants,which has strong practical significance.
