Research on Flexible Automatic Assembly Process and Equipment Development of Mining Pilot Valve Seat

Abstract：To solve the problem of flexible production of multiple process routes mixed in the production and assembly process of mining pilot valve seats,relevant process research was carried out,and a set of flexible automatic assembly methods was designed.Based on this process method,a fully automatic assembly equipment was developed to achieve mixed production of three process routes.The production process does not require manual intervention,and the process path switching does not require downtime or fixture replacement.Through actual on-site operation,it has been proven that this process method and automation equipment have improved product production efficiency,saved one operator,and provided a foundation for the overall flexible automation production of pilot valves.
