Development of an Intelligent Screw Monitoring System for Coal Winning Machines

Abstract：In order to improve the operational reliability of coal winning machines,an intelligent screw monitoring system based on strain and temperature monitoring has been developed,the system working principle and composition were introduced.The application results showed that the system could intuitively reflect the real-time status information of coal winning machine screws,timely detect and identify temperature anomalies and axial force anomalies,and provide effective guarantees for the reliable operation of coal winning machines.
