Development and Application of Communication Interface Protocol Monitoring Software for Coal Mine Electromechanical Equipment

Abstract：In the process of constructing digital mines,the existing mechanical and electrical equipment in each mine of Shendong Company has problems such as inconsistent communication interfaces and protocol standards,large testing workload for different protocols,long testing time,and low testing efficiency.In response to the above issues,Shendong Company has developed a detection software that can automatically detect the communication interface protocol of electromechanical equipment to improve detection efficiency and meet the communication protocol detection standards of electromechanical equipment.The results showed that the detection software could automatically detect the communication interface protocol of electromechanical equipment with short detection time and high detection efficiency,effectively solving the communication problems of electromechanical equipment in various mines of Shendong Company,and meeting the requirements of digital mining construction.
