Design of Air Suspension for Mining Vehicles and Analysis of Rollover Stability

Abstract：The structure and design requirements of air suspension for mining vehicles were introduced,its selection basis was expounded,the control system was designed,and it was successfully applied to WC6R(B)explosion-proof vehicles.In order to evaluate the rollover ability of the vehicle,a tipping mechanical model was established.At the same time,it was proposed that the rollover factor be used to evaluate the anti-rollover ability of mining vehicles when turning on the horizontal road.The results of simulation and industrial test showed that the suspension had the advantages of light weight,comfort,stiffness that can change with load,strong rollover ability.
