Development of Hydraulic Cylinder for Adjusting the Height of Coal Winning Machine Stroke Sensing

Abstract：Based on the characteristics of underground working conditions,a stroke sensing height adjustment hydraulic cylinder suitable for coal winning machines has been developed.The installation structure and stroke measurement principle of the sensor were introduced,and a mining height measurement model and control system were established.The performance characteristics and advantages of the stroke sensing hydraulic cylinder were pointed out.After on-site use verification,the accuracy and reliability of mining height monitoring can be effectively improved.
