Abstract:As an important interface between the power grid and electrical equipment, the performance of three-phase rectifiers directly affects the power supply reliability of electrical equipment and the power quality of the power grid.In response to the drawback of the fixed switching frequency in traditional finite set models,a dual closed-loop control system consisting of the optimal switch sequence model predictive control OSS-MPC and PI control was adopted. On the control outer loop of the VIENNA rectifier using dual closed-loop control,PI control can adjust the DC link voltage and reactive power input on the power side, and provide current reference for the inner loop control. The control inner loop adjusts the rated output current of the system through finite set model prediction and ensures neutral point voltage balance between split capacitors.Compared with traditional limited control set model predictive control,it has additional advantages of improving steady-state performance, fixing switching frequency, and eliminating weight factors. Finally,a power supply system was designed with an input voltage of 110 V,a rated frequency of 50 Hz,a switching frequency of 10 kHz,and a rectified output voltage of 300 V.The correctness of the scheme was verified using Matlab/Simulink.At 0.05 s,the harmonic content of the input current in phase A was only 1.89%,and the severe distortion of the input current was low.The stability and reliability of the system were strong.
