Abstract:Due to the complex structure of the cantilever double stage longitudinal drilling anchor machine and the many working conditions in actual work, the hydraulic motor will have an impact on it at a certain excitation frequency during operation. Therefore, modal analysis was needed to prevent resonance and equipment failure.By analyzing its basic working conditions, four main working conditions were identified, and modal analysis was conducted using SolidWorks and ANSYS software. The results showed that the natural frequencies of the first six orders of the drilling anchor machine were not close to or equal to the frequencies of the hydraulic motor during continuous or intermittent operation, and resonance did not occur, meeting the design requirements.
