Research on Battery Swapping Technology for Mining Explosion-proof Lithium Battery Vehicles

Abstract：Based on the issues of short endurance and slow charging of mining explosion-proof lithium battery vehicles,the current situation of battery swapping technology at home and abroad and the development of the entire industry were studied.Taking the large capacity explosion-proof lithium battery vehicles produced by Taiyuan Coal Science Institute as an example,a battery swapping scheme suitable for mining explosion-proof lithium battery vehicles was designed.The feasibility and reliability of the scheme were verified through 3D modeling,simulation analysis,and simulation experiments,providing some reference for the research and implementation of battery swapping technology for mining explosion-proof electric vehicles in the future.
