Design of the Impact Test Bench for Column Safety Valves

Abstract：In the impact pressure test of the column safety valve,it is necessary to increase the pressure from 30 MPa to the opening of the safety valve within 25 ms,which poses certain difficulties in achieving this pressure gradient.To address this issue,a method of using a two-way valve for liquid supply,booster cylinder pressurization,and pipeline throttling adjustment was proposed to achieve pressure gradient control.The law of controlling the gradient of pressure rise was found through AMESim simulation,and the correctness and effectiveness of the control method were verified through experiments,providing a solution for the impact pressure test of the column safety valve.
