Calculation and Analysis of Initial Clearance of Double Row Tapered Roller Bearings in the Cutting Section of a Coal Winning Machine

Abstract：The influence of inner ring interference fit and inner and outer ring temperature difference on the axial clearance of double row tapered roller bearings was calculated and analyzed.The reduction in axial clearance caused by inner ring interference fit and inner and outer ring temperature difference was obtained.Taking the double row tapered roller bearings in the cutting section of a certain type of coal winning machine as the specific calculation object,the optimal initial axial clearance value of the bearing suitable for the cutting section of the coal winning machine was calculated.A reference basis for determining the initial clearance of double row tapered roller bearings was provided.
