Transformation of the Variable Frequency Speed Control System of the Mines Main Ventilation System

Abstract：In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and high power consumption in the ventilation regulation system of Dengmaotong Coal Industry,variable frequency speed regulation technology was introduced into the mine ventilation system.For the first time,a dual power supply dual frequency regulation system for fans was adopted,which can flexibly adjust the operation of fans according to the ventilation needs of underground mines.According to practical applications,the optimized ventilation system can reduce the air volume from 6 293.7 m3/min when the blade angle of the fan is 6° and the frequency is 45 Hz increased to 6 977.1 m3/min.The ventilation efficiency has increased from 66.4％to 74.47％,greatly improving the safety of mine ventilation.
