Development of Self-supporting Device for Large Slope JSDB Winch

Abstract：The JSDB series dual speed multi-purpose winch was widely used in coal mine underground vehicle traction,hydraulic support moving,and so on.The winch was generally fixed using anchor bolts or the"four pressure and two supports"method and operating procedures.For winches that frequently move in large slope tunnels,there are safety hazards and they are time-consuming and labor-intensive.A large slope JSDB winch self-supporting device was proposed,and the force situation of the 16 ° slope equipment was analyzed.The overall structure and control system of the self-supporting device were designed,which is convenient for installation and operation,and can reduce personnel and increase efficiency during the process of comprehensive mining retreat and moving.
