Design on Anti-electromagnetic Interference for Mining Infrared Temperature Sensors

Abstract：In order to solve the problem of anti-electromagnetic interference in mining infrared temperature sensors,improve work stability and electromagnetic compatibility,the elements and characteristics of electromagnetic interference formation were discussed.The anti-interference circuit and electromagnetic shielding structure of mining infrared temperature sensors were designed.On the basis of meeting the design requirements of intrinsically safe equipment,the anti-interference design was carried out from three parts:power circuit,probe communication circuit,and signal output circuit.The design passed the inspection by the Changzhou Communication Monitoring Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of the coal industry,and the inspection results showed that it met the requirements of relevant standards and had great application value.
