Structure Design and Vibration Test on Automatic Grabbing and Handling Manipulator of Anchor Bolts

Abstract：In order to achieve the goal of"mechanized personnel replacement and automatic personnel reduction"proposed by the State Administration of Work Safety,and improve the automation level of coal mine tunneling equipment,a set of automatic anchor bolt grasping and handling manipulator device was designed,including X-axis transmission device,Y-axis transmission device,Z-axis transmission device,manipulator grasping device,and circular rotation device.In order to verify whether the structural strength of the automatic bolt grabbing and handling manipulator can work normally under the vibration strength generated by the actual operation of the tunneling equipment,the vibration simulation test was conducted on the automatic bolt grabbing and handling manipulator.The test results showed that the structural strength of the automatic bolt grabbing and handling manipulator can work normally under the vibration strength generated by the actual operation of the tunneling equipment.
