Analysis and Improvement Design of Damage Causes of Displacement Sensors in Coal Mine Excavation Equipment

Abstract：Displacement sensors are important components for achieving intelligent mining of coal mine excavation equipment.Through a systematic analysis of the causes of frequent damage to the displacement sensors of excavation equipment,and based on the characteristics of the displacement sensors learned during the upgrading and renovation process of imported coal mining equipment,and by absorbing and drawing on the technical experience of imported sensors,design have been improved to the sensor in terms of structure,process,circuit,installation method,and other aspects.The improved sensor has achieved the expected effect through experimental verification and on-site use.It has been proven that for some key components of coal mining equipment,especially external sensors,actuators,etc.,it is necessary to fully consider the operating conditions and usage conditions during design and selection.If necessary,customized product development is necessary to effectively improve the overall product performance.
