Abstract：Starting from the actual needs of users and supporting mining flameproof frequency converter products,a mining flameproof transformer mobile substation was determined,which combined the transformer and control transformer into a mining flameproof box,and formed a whole with corresponding high-voltage vacuum switches and low-voltage protection boxes.The reasons for its formation were analyzed,the overall product structure and layout were innovated,and all test parameters of the product met national standards.It has been widely used in a certain coal group and operates stably and reliably,providing reference for the design of similar products.
