Numerical Simulation of Flow Field in Main Unloading Valve for Mining Emulsion Pump
Abstract：The numerical simulation of flow field in the main unloading valve for mining emulsion pump is carried out by the fluid simulation software Fluent, and creates the pressure and velocity distribution clouds of flow field under different openings and differential pressures. Through in-depth analysis and research, the structure of the valve is improved. The comparison of simulation results of original and improved valves show that the improved valve has better properties. The study has some theoretical significance for optimizing the channeling structure of main unloading valve.
