Temperature Field Analysis of Wet Multi-Disk Brake in Free State
Abstract：The 3D finite element model of wet multi-disk brake for shearer is established. And then the numerical simulation of the temperature field is calculated by the finite element analysis software ANSYS under the circumstance that brake in free state. As a result, gets the distribution of temperature of the brake. The temperature fields of the inner and outer friction disks are analyzed and the variation during different strokes are compared. The study provides a reference for further researching brake of this type.
