Influence of Random Load on Mechanical Properties of Double-Drum Shearer
Abstract：In order to explore the law of load on the guide and support slippers, the mechanical model and state equations of whole shearer are established under comprehensive considering the influence of structural and operational parameters and the inclination of coal seam on the mechanical properties of shearer. Based on the random load of single bit, the additive operation of drum load is applied and comes to the conclusion that the fluctuation of load on the fore slippers is more than that on the rear ones under random load. The amount and orientation of loads are Riven.
