Design of Wireless and Real-Time Temperature Monitoring System of Belt Conveyor
Abstract：Aiming at the problems of belt conveyors' temperature measuring, the wireless and real-time temperature monitoring system is designed, which not only can wireless collect temperature automatically, but also has the auto-alarming function. This system is made up of main station, sub-station and wireless temperature sensor. When the abnormal temperature is detected bv the svstem, the warning short messages are sent to particularmobile phones to avoid man-made safeguards that causes unnecessary losses. This system is reliable and installs simple by practical application of coal preparation plant.
