Research on Intrinsically Safe Frequency Converter Measure and Control Device for Shearer
Abstract：In order to effectively realize the safety operation control of electric-haulage shearer frequency converter, the intrinsically safe frequency measurement device is being researched. Under the condition that explosion-proof cover board is not open, this device can realize shearer' s frequency converter function test, real- time check parameter and modify, instant recovery for special type parameter, which improves the maintenance of shearer's frequency converter. The system structure, function hardware and software design of intrinsically safe frequency converter measure and control device are introduced. Through underground coal mine test, this device meets design requirements and gains safe and reliable effect.
