Research on 3-RPS Loading Device of Shearer＇ s Ranging Arm
Abstract：Currently, the testing of shearer＇s anging arm is only limited to torque loading, which can not reflect the real condition. In order to improve testing precision, it should exert haulage load, cutting resistance and axial force when torque loading. The loading device of 3-RPS parallel connection mechanism is designed. Through comparison between drive power of parallel connection mechanism and accelerated speed, the mechanism features and its reliability are summarized, which provide guide and basis for control system of loading device in design and parts choice manufacture. It hopes that this parallel connection loading device can solve compound loading problems when shearer＇s ranging arm is tested.
