Design and Discussion of Belt Conveyor Multi- Function Display Instrument
Abstract：The advantages and disadvantages of belt conveyor display device are analyzed. The new design proposal is given out. Takes TMS320LF2407 DSP as the processing chip, this design has four function modules, keyboard process module, display module, 4 -20 mA sampling module and temperature sampling module. This device has Modbus communication interface, which can real-time collecting wire, deviation, speed and temperature signal. It does not only expand Modbus communication interface, but also display various parameters and condition by communication between interface and electrical control system. The structure is more simple, the function is multiple also.
