Design and Implementation of Virtual Assembly Experiment System of Shearer
Abstract：Based on three-dimensional rendering engine Open Scene Graph （OSG）, a virtual assembly experiment system is implemented to meet the practical needs of shearer design assembly and simulated experiment which is proposed by coal machinery enterprises, universities, research institutes. Taking a certain type of electric haulage shearer as the research object, the system comprehensively applies the technology of stereo display, collision detection and network collaboration. And it is easy to operate and has high emulation. It can support local research and collaboration workflow model. The study provides reference value to assembly planning and experimental study.
