Design of Main Ventilator Condition Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis Pre-Warning Software System Based on LabVIEW
Abstract：In order to monitor the operation condition of coal mine main ventilator, takes LabVIEW as the developing platform, it has the functions of multi parameter collecting programme, analysis and evaluate programme, storage and display programme. The software can realize on-line monitor of coal mine main ventilator＇ s pressure, current, temperature, vibration, local discharge and insulating resistance. The relevant signal analysis and intelligent diagnosis programme are written at the same time. The motor insulate and mechanical condition is evaluated on-line. The operation shows that the system operates stably the parameters are collected timely and correctly. The motor condition evaluating is reliable and meets design requirements.
