Research on Morlet Algorithm of Micro Protection Based on DSP
Abstract：The Fourier algorithm is not able to fully filter off the non-periodic component of grid＇ s malfunction signal, especially not able to inhibit the D-C component of common fault current. Taking aim at the problem, put forward the Morlet wavelet algorithm combined with DSP （Digital Signal Processor ） and is applied to grid ＇s microcomputer protection. It preferably filters off the non-periodic and harmonic components of signal during short circuit, improves the flexibility and accuracy of protection device, and enhances the reliability of the microcomputer protection device. The tests verified the expected effect.
