Monitoring Network for Air Compressor Stations Based on OPC Communication Technology
Abstract：In order to achieve data communication between the screw air compressors and PC in the scheduling room, a monitoring network structure of the air compressors based on OPC technology is proposed. On - site hardware I/O was configured through the establishment of the three - layer air compressors monitoring and control network. The data transmission between upper computer and S7 -200 PLC is realized and the analog data acquisition system of the compressors is designed by using the software of PC Access and WinCC. Currently, the on -site client tests show that the communication quality is good and the data transfer is stable and reliable.
