Design of Electric Coal Drill＇s Integrated Overload Protection Device
Abstract：In view of the phenomenon that electric coal drill and integrated protection device often appear overload running at underground coal mine, using single-chip technology based on analyzing the overload protection principle of electric coal drill. The circuit of overload protection parts in electric coal drill＇ s integrated overload protection device is designed. The design thought of software system is given out. Avoids frequent start of electric coal drill due to overload, and also can do the cut-off overload protection before the temperature raise of electric coal drill exceed the temperature limit.
