Optimum Design of Auger Drill Miner Aiguilles
Abstract：The cutting performance of auger drill shearer aiguilles mainly depend on its cutter＇ s performance and cutter teeth arranged on the drill. The location parameters of cutter on drill are proposed. Determines the objective function and constraint condition, builds cutting bits optimum mathematic mode. And Takes ZM -550 auger drill miner for example, obtains Ф525mm and Ф425mm aiguilles＇ optimum parameters of cutting bits arrangement. Finally, the aiguilles designed are manufactured and the industrial experiment is accomplished.
