Flame-Proof Three Phase Asynchronous Motor and its Control Device of Dual-Power High Efficiency Energy-Saving for Belt Conveyor
Abstract：The belt conveyor for coal mine requires high starting torque and time-varying performance of load operation.Uses composite junction new technology,＂demagnetizing turn＂ new technology and two-way switch control technology,designs and develop one dual-power flame-proof three phase asynchronous motor and its control device.This device can automatically adjust motor power according to conveyor belt load variability,which achieves energy-saving operation,improves motor power coefficient and operation efficiency.This motor and its control device gains good results by industrial testing operation at underground coal mine.
