Research on New Coal Mine Portable Carrier Catalytic Methane Alarm Detector Based on WTV040 Voice Module
Abstract：In order to improve the quality of coal mine portable carrier catalytic methane alarm detector,take single-chip Microcomputer as the core unit,uses A/D conversion module program,anti-VR（Variable Response） design and the linear compensation algorithm in carrier catalyst components.The circuit module part uses methane collecting module,voice module and clock module circuit design.The software and hardware design of this portable device is introduce in details.This portable device has been gained coal mine safe brand and flame-proof qualified certification.
