Application and Study of Technology by Laser-Cladding to Roadheader＇s Bit
Abstract：The roadheader＇s bit substantively bear alternative impact load and often fails due to excessive wear.Applied the laser cladding technology to the alloy tip of bit,and carried out dynamic and fatigue analysis of the bit by software ANSYS.The result shows that the laser-cladding layers enhance the service life of the bit.The laser-cladding technology prospects well.
