Design of Inspection System for Coal Mine Dispersed Equipment Based on LabVIEW
Abstract：In connection with the dispersion of coal mining equipment leading to potential safety hazard,analyses the operation characteristics of coal mining equipment and designs the inspection system for coal mining dispersed equipment.The system mainly monitored hoisting equipment,ventilation equipment and the pump groups.The LabVIEW programs were applied for monitoring working condition of the equipment,diagnosing rotating units by fault tree analysis（FTA） method and managing significant information in MySQL database.The results show that the system realise centralized monitoring of the dispersed equipment,fault diagnosis and data management,which satisfies the practical requirements of coal mine equipment inspection and fault diagnosis.
