Matching Parameter Design of Hydraulic Tensioner of Belt Conveyor
Abstract：In order to improve the dynamic response of tensioner at the starting moment of belt conveyor,reduce belt wear and extend its service life,introduces the working principle of belt conveyor＇s hydraulic tensioner,the simulation model is established based on AMESim.The simulation results showed that the increasing of pump delivery,accumulator volume and pressure,the accumulator pressure before the conveyor starting could effectively decreases the tension drop in the loose belt and response time of the system.The influences of pump delivery and accumulator volume are more evident than others.
