Dynamic Analysis and Simulation Study of Wheeled Crusher＇s Hammer Shaft
Abstract：Taking hammer shaft of PLM1800 crusher as the object of study,establishes the three dimensional geometric model of hammer shaft using Pro/E software.After simplification,ADAMS is imported to establish the dynamic model and carries on dynamics simulation analysis.Then the simulation model is established in the ANSYS environment and carries on finite element simulation,to analyze the status of stress and strain of the hammer shaft.It provides the theory foundation of structural design and optimization for hammer shaft.
