Abstract：Combining characters of coal enterprise， this paper discusses the important meaning carrying out ISO14000 environmental standard in coal enterprise and how to carry out and actalize ISO14000 .In addition,it brings forward solvents for existent problems,to realize sustainable development of coal enterprise.
