Abstract：The n-Hexane extraction was used in analysis on oil in mine drainage,and working curve was cover for standard curve.The result showed that average recovery rate of oil was over 96％. In this article conditional experiments on the amount of n-Hexane and water sample pretreatment for determining parameter were introduced.
