Research on intelligent packaging technology and equipment for small-diameter cartridges

Abstract：In view of the problems in the packaging process of small-diameter cartridges of industrial explosives,such as artificial auxiliary material arrangement,low production capacity,inaccurate counting of cartridges,and collapse during stacking of products,this paper studies the key technology and equipment such as intelligent material arrangement,counting and stacking,robot intelligent grasping,bag opening and forming,and,collecting and packaging.The results show that the developed intelligent packaging system for small-diameter cartridges of industrial explosives has characteristics of smooth processing,stable running,packaging capacity not less than 8 t/h,compact and regular packaging,and easy stacking.Furthermore,it realizes no fixed operators on the production site.
