Improvement of test device for safety of explosive in grime and inflammable gas

Abstract：In order to improve the automatic level of the test device for coal mine permissible explosive in grime and inflammable gas,and the safety of the test,the original device is improved,and new automatic control systems are designed,such as the automatic self-closed system of explosion chamber,the automatic control system for mortar launcher,the automatic gas circulation and monitoring system of the gas,etc.Tests are carried out on these new systems.The results show that the improved devices have realized the functions,such as automatic control of the launcher movement,automatically putting papers to close the explosion chamber,automatic monitor and control of the inflammable gas circulation,and,centralized collection,automatic storage and output of test data.After the automation transformation,the automatic level of the device is significantly improved,the operation is simpler,the labor intensity of the operators is greatly reduced,and the test process is safer and more efficient.
