Abstract:To promote the further development of excitation agents in the field of non-explosive blasting,boron-containing excitation agents are selected as the research object to study the effect of boron content on the ignition and combustion performance of excitation agents for non-explosive blasting. In this study, ignition devices, infrared thermography and other technical means are used. The study results show that as B content increases, the ignition energy and the maximum combustion temperature generally exhibit a trend of first increasing and then decreasing. When the mass fraction of B is between 10%and 15%,the minimum ignition energy ranges from 61.95 J/g to 66.97 J/g,and the ignition agent is relatively insensitive. When the mass fractions of Al,B,and CuO are 15%,15%,and 70%,respectively,the minimum ignition energy is 61.95 J/g,and the maximum combustion temperature is 1 021.1℃.The results indicate that the excitation agent in this formulation is relatively safe and exhibits good combustion performance.
