Abstract：Through monitoring and statistics of the auxiliary device of the charging system and the process parameters such as pressure,temperature and flow rate in the production process of small diameter gelatinous emulsion explosive,analysis and adjustment are carried out.At the same time,the sensitization process of the product is tested and improved.It solves the problem of unstable product quality of the small diameter products,and improves the pass rate of the products.
