Research on key technology of industrial detonating cord automatic production

Abstract：The realization of automatic production of industrial detonating cord can improve the safety of the production process of funicular initiating explosive devices,reduce the labor intensity of workers,and improve the production efficiency of funicular initiating explosive devices.This paper focuses on introducing automatic circulating chemical storage-delivery device,and flameproof and protective door linkage technology.By using the device and technology above,each detonation cord making unit and explosive temporary storage room are made independent of each other,in order to realize the automation of drug delivery and addition in the production process of detonating cord,and the automatic addition of chemicals without stopping the cord making unit.The trial production results show that the technology and equipment of the project can meet the technical transformation requirements of the existing detonating cord production,and can achieve the technical and economic indicators such as safety,technology,quality and efficiency.
