Abstract：After relax price control of explosive materials, between the competition main body of civilian explosive market, the price game is hot. Findings the original solid market pattern and the impact of the price system is suffering violent as the decline in market demand, and the downward price trend of civilian explosive goods is difficult to change in the short term. The old system and the way of extensive development of accumulated contradictions and difficulties plagued civil enterprises. With the marketization pushing of civilian explosive industry, the change of the market pattern has looking shape, and with the passage of time will gradually clear.
