Abstract：Thereis an urgent problem to be solved in the mine development and construction, which is the dynamic response and control of rock mass under the blasting load. To ultimately achieve the expected blasting effect that is safe and reliable, fine controlled blasting through quantitative design, careful construction and management to control explosive energy release, medium crushing and casting. Rock directional fracture controlled blasting technology--- slotted cartridge blasting technology with its low cost, easy construction, good blasting effect, and having higher target than traditional control blasting pursuit of blasting technology will profoundly affect the development of blasting technology.
