Abstract：Analyzing on domestic manufacturing process status of electric detonator leg wires, single shot 8-winding technology is proposed which is more efficient and safer. Several kinds of manufacturing process and installation are analyzed and researched. Through designing and running with material of the winding installation, corresponding conclusion is obtained .This conclusion lays a solid technical foundation for researching and developing multi-function shaping technology and equipment of the single-shot 8 shape leg wires, such as winding , banding, tightening ,getting stuck and some others.
