Design and Implementation of The Safety Management System of Blasting Operation

Abstract：In accordance with the problems of emergency response lag and lack of real-time monitoring in blasting site, a kind of safety management system of blasting operation based on information technology is designed. This system uses a combination of 4G network and GPS technology for real-time supervision, information collection and the emergency response of site personnel in blasting operation, master workers work trajectory and the real-time dynamic, determine whether workers have violations, and post the job information onto regulatory platform. Practical application shows that, system positioning precision can effectively supervise workers’ working status in the blasting site.
