Abstract：The paper begins with the analysis the actuality and characteristic of the civil explosive in 2014, which sets forth the new situation. And analyzes the problems of the safety work, gives the countermeasure research on promoting the progress in the industrial technology, strengthening the safety work management and communication technology. In order to implement the improving the intrinsic safety foundation, and offer the availability exploring for the civil explosive promoting the course in the intrinsic safety.
