Abstract：A98m reinforcedconcretechimneywasdemolishedsuccessfullybydirectionalblastingtechnique. Usedsmoke channel and ashexist, directional window was opened in advance. Through elaborate design and calculation on blasting cut, blasting parameters and safety control, demarcation and construction in precise,made the chimney collapsed at predetermined direction.Itcouldprovideareference forsimilarprojects.
